RUO means our products are sold exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use by qualified personnel. They are not FDA-approved for human consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use.
By purchasing, you confirm you’re a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or authorized institutional representative and will use the products in compliance with all applicable regulations.
You must be at least 21 years old and one of the following: a qualified researcher, licensed medical professional, or authorized representative of a research institution (university, lab, CRO). We reserve the right to verify eligibility and cancel orders where misuse is suspected.
No. Our products are research chemicals sold for laboratory use only. They are not approved by the FDA for any human or veterinary medical application. Anyone using them outside a controlled research context does so entirely at their own risk and outside our authorized use.
We ship to 40+ countries, but import regulations for research chemicals vary widely. You are responsible for compliance with your country’s import laws, customs declarations, and any duties or taxes. If your customs authority requires additional documentation, our team will provide COAs and MSDS on request.
US orders ship within 24 business hours of payment confirmation and arrive in 2–4 business days. International orders ship within 48 hours and arrive in 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Yes — free standard shipping (with full cold-chain packaging) on all US research orders above $200. International orders receive discounted shipping rates but not free shipping due to cold-chain international logistics costs.
Every peptide ships in medical-grade insulated packaging with 2–8°C ice packs designed to maintain temperature for 72+ hours. Every shipment is tracked and, for wholesale orders, we can include a temperature logger for full chain-of-custody documentation.
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and wire transfers for wholesale orders above $2,000. Institutional POs are accepted with prior approval — contact wholesale@marquepeptides.com.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed. Contact support@marquepeptides.com immediately for urgent changes.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides: Store at −20°C in the original sealed vial. Shelf life 24+ months.
Reconstituted peptides: Store at 2–8°C (refrigerator). Use within 4 weeks for optimal stability. For longer storage, aliquot and freeze at −20°C to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Our packaging is designed to maintain 2–8°C for 72+ hours — brief exposure to room temperature during handoff is expected and doesn’t compromise integrity. However, if ice packs are fully melted and warm to the touch on arrival, contact coldchain@marquepeptides.com within 24 hours with photos. We’ll assess and replace at no charge if integrity is questionable.
Reconstitution depends on the specific peptide. Most lyophilized peptides reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (BAC) or sterile saline at the concentration required for your research protocol. Full reconstitution guidance is included in the documentation that ships with your order and is available on each product page.
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) is the industry-standard method for measuring peptide purity. Every batch we ship is HPLC-tested to confirm ≥ 98% purity. The result is documented on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) that ships with your order.
Yes — every order includes a batch-specific COA showing HPLC purity, mass spec confirmation, appearance, and lot number. COAs are also available for download from your account after order fulfillment.
Yes. For wholesale and institutional buyers, we can arrange third-party HPLC verification through an accredited laboratory at cost. Contact wholesale@marquepeptides.com to arrange.
If our COA shows ≥ 98% purity but your independent testing shows below-spec purity within 30 days of delivery, submit the third-party test results and we’ll refund or replace at no charge.
Because peptides are sensitive research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Refunds or replacements are issued for products damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours), products failing our purity guarantee, or incorrect items shipped by us.
